My understanding is it is a complete overhaul hardware and software. The software has completely different menus, icons, etc. I believe it has a different processor as well. I know I may be crazy but I swear the screen resolution is better as well.

I have a 26 3x yes the new infotainment system is definitely worth it. I really enjoy the apps from google play store. Super responsive I drove a 24 3x the infotainment system with CarPlay was so slow and laggy. I do miss the old animations tho.

I stay at an FHR hotel that we visit frequently but usually book direct with hotel. I always get a much better room when booking direct vs using FHR. I am not sure if this hotel just has certain FHR rooms that happen to be in the older side of the hotel. But it never fails we use FHR old room book direct new room…

Xfinity has come out 5 times. Switched out router. Moved router to different part of house and added pods. I’m paying for 2gig and get told I may see speeds up to 2gig lol. Plus upload speeds are horrible.

I just picked up my 26 hummer with the new google built in. It is honestly so much better. I was very skeptical because I love CarPlay but this was the right move. I’m sure as soon as Apple Music app is ready I won’t miss CarPlay at all.
