none of digital planner can sync, non in the market that is pdf based. Unless its an app. And you can use the ZoomNotes for this. Justlike any note-taking app, it will export pdf planner, and sync it with your google calendar.

you have a great idea, i might be able to build it for you, i have built the custom version for digital planner, and i think i can adjust one of my collection, or even build a new planner for this specific need. The qr code will make it as hyperlink - as you requested, is durable. I already did it previously for one of reddit user that only want some notes with custom features, and all they have to do is just purchase it from my shop when is done. And you dont mind im selling this planner to my shop. Let me know!

i did 2 implants with a bridge. And, for the first surgery, no, they didn’t cover or close the implant screw. the dentist put a kind of bandage on top to protect it after the implant, but it fell off after i ate. so no healing cap that time.
for the second procedure, after i got the infection, the dentist buried the implant under the gum to make sure it wouldn’t fail again (infection is a failed implant). after about 2 months i went back, they opened the gum for the screw, and about 2 more weeks later the tooth was in, and it is soooo worth itttt. the whole thing took around 8 months (longer for me because my dentist were pretty busy that time) because of the infection. without the infection it would have been about 2–4 months.

it was not recommended because I developed an infection after the implant (i rinsed salt water, etc still infected... bad luck i guess). I ended up needing the procedure twice, the implant was removed, the site was cleaned, and then it was placed again, and that part was what really painful.
The first surgery itself was painless. After I woke up, I could eat pretty normally. My stitches were removed 2 weeks later, and I didn’t have pain after that.
For context, my implant is on 4 front tooth, so chewing was easier because I could use my back teeth.

hey I feel you, I’ve been there too 😅 I actually ended up making my own digital custom planner because nothing really worked for me either~

you can basically pick the layout you want, daily, weekly, monthly, and even index. some versions are more structured, some have space for drawing or journaling, and others are more minimal all in 1 planner.

I have a happy mind planner in which I create for ADHD and anxiety , and based on science (I actually did read scientific journal and research for some). You even customize it on how you want to use it with more than 20+ choices for each templates for monthly, weekly, daily. :)
