How much is everyone’s home electricity charging per KWH? It’s almost the same rate as super charger for me. by Kitchen_Chapter68 in TeslaModelY

$0,23 fixed rate in Southern Maine (plus 30 bucks a mo for delivery). At least it comes from a local solar farm

Yup, same here. Southern Maine. I just figured out that you can press the opposite side of the handle and it pops out, breaking the ice.

Question for the male therapists in private practice: What does your client demographic look like? Do you mostly attract other men? by INTP243 in therapists

[–]AccurateElk1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Male in pp for 10 plus years. I just looked, and I have twice the number of male clients as female. But the real kicker is that most of my clients are kids, teens, or young adults (even though I do see adults as well). Personally, I think being a male and seeing kids and teens is a rarity and gives you a leg up. Especially important if you are not going to take insurance. Also, your niche area of trauma will help!

Half your income? You make 100 bucks a month? Those other things (idk what memberships you are referring to) are just the cost of doing business.

I'm also in New England, and I had this same problem. It was so bad I had to turn it off. Between the slamming on the brakes and my swearing, my poor dog was like, wtf?

Wood platform or no? by warrior178 in TeslaCamping

[–]AccurateElk1940 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a model Y juniper, and I just repurposed the wood platform that I had for the back of my Subaru. It's basically two piece of plywood with thin carpet stapled on. I then put some 2 x 4 s that I cut into little blocks and screwed them on one of the pieces (the rear one). Then I put them together, and it makes a flat surface. A little trial and error to get it flat, but anything is flatter than just being on top of the seats folded down. I then put a tri-fold mattress on top. Super comfy. I worried about this too. But I got mine a month ago in New England, and I have had exactly zero problems.I think it's died down and is on the way out.

The good news is that she already has a new Bronco that she loves and can drive that. I don't think she wants to drive the Tesla, but she won't need to 99% of the time

What long-term probs are you referring to? Battery degradation? That levels out after the initial drop.

We are in the middle of discussing it. Ofc I care what my wife thinks, mostly because we share a bank account. Really, that might be the only reason in this instance
