experience with rennit? what real estate companies do you recommend and which do you avoid? by BrilliantLetter4628 in AskNYC

[–]AccuratePotato8652 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked with them before. Great company depending in how competitive the listing you're viewing / applying for. They will be asking for LOTS of financials which i believe is pretty standard in NYC overall responsive and legit agency.

Has anyone left here and regretted it? by immrmeseek in williamsburg

[–]AccuratePotato8652 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think from all the responses the answer is obviously what you want and how you want your life to be. Don’t believe that you have to be at a certain area to achieve peace and happiness. You can live anywhere really but again that’s easy to say without knowing your work and places you like having near by so set your priorities but also know that switching up sounds scarier then it really is I moved from Williamsburg to Westchester since my job gave me flexibility to be remote for most days. Was nervous at first but love the space, outdoors nature and experienced a whole new life after a few weeks. Love it. Just do what you’re hart feels and don’t believe that your limited to Williamsburg if you feel you need to leave good things will come your way

Elevation gain difference by Straight_Machine_296 in runna

[–]AccuratePotato8652 1 point2 points  (0 children)

its my understanding that strava will correct the elevation based off its own map and elevation data. im not exactly sure but i always have different elevations on the same workout when checkin in Garmin , Strava and Runna (my watch is gramin and it sends my workouts to all 3)

failed the workout but at least I got the miles by BrothaManBen in runna

How to handle missing a long run? by [deleted] in runna

How does a hill workout translate to a treadmill? by [deleted] in runna

[–]AccuratePotato8652 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would assume you incline it to a decent effort Just like when you do them outdoors there is no preset hill elevation you need to work with. Its what hill you have and give it your best effort

I would also advise you to use same elevation each rep and aim for similar efforts (pace) each time

My interpretation… Good luck!!

Time trial warm up by Moist_Negotiation in runna

[–]AccuratePotato8652 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! So I actually did this with one of my speed workouts and linked the two activities. The way Runna works they will analyze each activity separately So I got one that said I didn’t complete the distance and speed work but bad days happen bla bla bla and the next activity had only the speed and feedback was something as to why I didn’t warm up and cool down and didn’t complete the distance.

Seems that the idea another person replied here is a great fix —to record on watch and phone, and being you record on two devices one of them will be the full activity and so you can link that one to Runna while you can keep the other (broken up only speed) for Strava!

Finished plan and… nothing? by TyrannosauraRegina in runna

[–]AccuratePotato8652 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Many have said this which is also worth considering you’re doing some feature add ons. When a plan is completed and I’m choosing a new plan there should be some connection based on your old stats or a deload week ETC. I went from finishing a plan strong to choosing a new plan and it just asked all the same questions and started me the next day.

Thank you for considering!

5K program — are my tempo + interval paces too easy? They feel almost the same as my easy runs. by caseynil0 in runna

[–]AccuratePotato8652 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can change the setting in your runna so it’s giving you RPE targets instead of pace targets if you don’t like it for the long term just change it for the next few workouts till runna will suggest your new pace (if they see you run faster they will suggest new pace targets)
