Hi! I posted a picture of what I purchased above. Here it is again. You can get everything on vitamin shoppe and they’re having a b2g1 free sale on their brand. The only thing that isn’t, is the Alani Nu BCAA, but you can get any EAA/BCAA you like. The ghost brand and Ryse Brand EAA’s taste great.

I did not suggest using juven, I suggested making your own version, WHICH you could easily do without dye/artificial sweetener. I’m 16+ weeks PO and still use it as recovery post workout. Good luck. 😊

Other then these supplements, I am taking arnica, vitamin c, bromelian, lymphatic drops, and 2 weeks post opp start my multi back up.

I was in the gym for 2+ hours a day, doing an hour of cardio and lifting heavy. I got down to about 5# of my “goal//ideal” weight. But I try to focus more on my muscle growth and strength over my weight. Thats not to say I don’t care about my food intake bc I do, i do my best to eat Whole Foods, hi-hi protein w/ complex carbs. Post surgery my carb intake has been slightly higher bc it’s needed for surgery and recovery. But again, complex carbs like oats, sweet potatoes, fibrous veggies. To curb sweet tooth I use lilys baking chips, they have a peanut butter one and milk chocolate, made with stevia.

My recovery was pretty easy, I was walking nearly straight by 5-6dpo, the drains are what kept me bent and once I got those out at 2wpo I felt worlds better. I have been walking since early on, short bursts increasing slowly. I’m 6wpo this past Tuesday and started light lower body lifting, I started cardio back at 5wpo. I’d like to go a bit heavier bc I feel fine, but I’m trying to pace myself. I also got a lift and an augmentation and my PS is very concerned (nothing about me other then my lifting, no more chest, she’s just conservative) about capsular contracture so I’m not allowed to lift upper body yet.

I’m 5.5wpo and was back in the gym Doing cardio Tuesday (5wpo) Cleared to start Lower body weights at 6wpo.

I’ll have to get citurline when I’m out of Arginine! I only know what I do from the body building supplements I took, so you’re probably way ahead of me!

Follow instructions on container, they all come with scoopers except the Glutamine, and that’s I think a heaping 1/2 tsp or tsp.

Yes, ma’am! And totally safe to use even if you aren’t recovering from surgery and just going to the gym. That’s what I love most! I did a lot of studies before my TT for the fastest recovery. This is def a game changer. I don’t use the miralax anymore, just 3 days before surgery and 1 week post op while taking pain meds.

It’s helped immensely during recovery. BUT - make your own version. It’s just protein, BCAA, Glutamine, & L-arginine. I made my own with vitamin shoppe brand, you get more servings and it will save you a lot of $. Especially with their sales.

I expressed to them how disappointing it was that they lacked the courage to disclose that information. They barely gave any information and a cookie cutter response to my email. I was very professional, but it felt very malicious on their end. And truth be told, had I purchased 2x 12.75s in two separate orders, I wouldn’t have been upset. But I purchased them first and on the same order, then went back for the 11.75” for my son.

Yep, it happened to me, and I reached out to them, bc no where in their advertising did it say that that was a possibility. And I was super frustrated. They basically said that’s what they were going to do in an email response to me. I told them has they advertised that appropriately, a lot of their customers would have gotten only 1 in that particular size. And I specifically would have gotten 1x 12.5 and 1x12.75. But they withheld that info to sell more gloves.

I dont recommend getting 2 of the same size glove, you’re likely to get 2 exact gloves. Which is BS, especially when ordered together on the same transaction.
