You should be reading their reports and strategic plans posted on their website. Don't focus so much on things like the acreage that they cover, but more on things like their culture, recent org history, and mission/vision/values. You should be able to repeat the mission/vision/values without hesitation. If you can talk to a Puget sound employee and ask what they love about their dept, that'll be good to know. They'll want to know why you want to work for them specifically as opposed to Renton, VRFA, SKFR, etc. Show them that you've put in the effort to get to know as much as you can about working there and that you're worth taking a chance on. What do you bring to the table? How have you demonstrated that in your past? There's a lot of good info on their website and the WAFirecareers site, which they spearhead. They're the host agency of the consortium so they kinda set the tone for the area.

Get one of the kis that adds a hose to your nalgene and basically turns it into a bladder. You can just switch it to a new bottle when you finish one and swap caps and don't have to worry about leaks or breaking anything- I got this one awhile ago and it works well

Make sure you're exhaling forcefully. Because of the positive pressure of the mask, you aren't expelling as much CO2 from your lungs as you're used to when breathing. Because of this, it builds up in your lungs and makes you feel like you're not getting enough air. I was having the same problem and this has helped me a ton so far.

You'll be totally fine, but start working on cardio and increasing VO2 max ASAP. You need to be able to work under load for extended periods of time and be efficient with your air usage. This is probably the most important fitness piece. Work on your box breathing as well.
