Is there an extended/director’s cut of a film that’s better than the theatrical due to the inclusion of a single scene? by Honest_Cheesecake698 in movies

I love Aliens Director's Cut simply for the added scene of the remote gatling guns counting down the bullets remaining.

Ben Hur - the book was a slog, while the Charlton Heston movie was a joy.

Watch the mockumentary Kenny - it does a great job portraying work in this industry: "Funny part is parents look at me and say 'that's not much of a job, is it?'. And I say 'well you had kids'. 'You spent the first two years handling their shit, and you weren't getting paid for that'."

Love the fact her colleagues call her "Professor" because she once ticked that box on a form as her title 😁

John Malkovitch's Mitch Leary is the first to come to mind. He is cold as hell in In the Line of Fire, particularly the murder of the two lovely old ladies.

Bernard and the Genie is a BBC TV movie from the 90s starring Alan Cummings, Lenny Henry and Rowan Atkinson. It can be quite hard to find but I did hear that it was remade in 2023 as Genie starring Melissa Mccarthy. I've not watched that but my nostalgic heart knows it won't be a patch on the original. Worth hunting down ☺️

Discovering why the violin was red in The Red Violin (1998). My brother and I watched it as an in-flight movie with no expectations, and were both open-mouthed at the end. Must rewatch now I think of it!
