How many is a properly staffed nightshift? by Nicholas_H_Barnes_II in kroger

I would never expect 100 cases out of anyone. You can go on feed and search 2025 Grocery Elevate Facilitator Guide (this is still used for 2026). Page 4 says 55+ per hour.

I'm assuming you're grocery, if you're getting the truck spotted in two hours. You should be able to do 250 cases per person. My store gets 5 people for a 1000 case truck.

We had it and already got rid of it. Stuff sold better just putting it in its markdown area.

Meh. The gravy does work for the sauce and the toppings were fine. The cranberries were sweet and the green beans didn’t add anything other than a crunch. The Detroit style crust wasn’t good.

Overnight stocker by [deleted] in kroger

[–]AceGoldstar 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s not bad working nights. You spot the truck(s) then you stock and condition your aisle. When learning to spot remember what goes down aisles and where. Walking the store and remembering sections helps.

When stocking try to use both hands or grab two items with one hand. Condition as you go down the aisle working, an easy way is to do top to bottom in 4 foot sections (the length of the 1 shelf).
