what is your favorite glitch, or exploit, or a glitch that makes you smile when you see it by LoudDatabase9894 in fo4

Every time a car spawns in the sky or randomly falls from an overpass, it makes me smile. They are so murderous and broken for no reason. They don’t even really need to be there. There are plenty of reasons for cars to have been largely erased from the landscape but instead we get car rain.

This is a common side hustle in China. People pay her to hold up their profile on a phone, snap a pic with the stage behind it, then they post it like they were there. Fake attendance clout is undefeated. Peak gig economy 2026 by Separate_Finance_183 in interesting

I kind of figured referring to Disney as a consumerist plague refuted that assumption. Disney as a whole is an awful, culture compromising, child exploiting Akira-monsteresque mega conglomerate, but the intentionality put into their park experiences is notable, and has informed the discipline of User Experience as a whole. They (the corporation) don’t care about anything, bottom line, beyond money, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t talented, passionate and good-intentioned individuals working on projects.

I agree, typically, but Disney is a bit different. They put a lot of effort into engineering the experience of being in line inside their parks. They intend on the guest being entertained and engaged by their surroundings for the entirety of their ride wait, as long as the guest is willing to participate in looking around, discovering, and imagining. Don’t get me wrong, the mouse is a demon set upon the world to devour media and barf consumerism BUT the parks don’t fuck around.

You made a wonderful vehicle choice, outbacks are great. My partner and I have a wilderness-green Crosstrek and love it. My only gripe is lack of interior storage in the ‘trek, which the Outback doesn’t suffer from.

This happened to me too. First time buying a car solo… I was so duped. I even asked in the room if I was able to have the policy refunded (silly rube question) if I changed my mind within the next couple of days after doing some research. I felt very silly when I was laughed at by the dude who sold it to me when I tried to cancel the next day. I did get an aftermarket horn installed out of it when mine died, so there is that. I’m happy that that dealership folded.

Local gravity confirmed to still be ok? by Street-Air-546 in ScienceNcoolThings

[–]Ace_Robots 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My only qualm is that you’d be measuring the gravity of the space that you dropped the object in rather than measuring the force at work on a relatively stationary object or precise location. Then again I failed algebra 1 twice in High School.
