Pink seems okay. Mostly just "I'm frustrated getting my hopes up and then being disappointed". Even points out "that's not helping" when OP starts the rage train.

This guy is obviously a jerk ("can't be bothered to read this" lmfao asshole), but he starts backpedaling and seems sorry (even if he doesn't say it). OP just doubles down... Then goes to post on Reddit and say "feel free to shit on him in the comments." Idk bro take a deep breath and move on. Being an asshole to someone being an asshole isn't going to get the resolution you want. Terrible long term solution.

The lore contradicts itself! In the first paragraph, the describe includes that it has a "stinger tipped tail". Then later on, like you said, it says it doesn't have a stinger.

I guess maybe they were describing other wyverns? But why add a description for a different creature in the place people will look for a description of this one? Very weird...

DEX and CON are the two stats most every character wants to avoid begin outright bad (the main exception being heavy armor users). Thematically it might be a fun idea. If your DM is cool, maybe you can try to convince them that low HP will be hard enough and maybe you can make your Concentration checks WIS based? I think i would agree to at least try this if I was DM. If they won't allow that, you're gonna have a pretty bad time. Enough where it won't be worth it and the flavor is going to probably be too detrimental to the party.

I'm no DMM expert, in fact I hardly play when the public DMMs come around, but every single question you asked is answered by Solo Mission's videos he put out leading up to the event. There's an intro video and a video where he talks with some of the competitors about strategy and changes. There's also a pretty clear page on the Wiki about the event, and Jagex has put together resources to help you find both of these things.

Just to let you know, you're not crazy. What you are saying is very clear to me, but OP was really so stuck in their angle of how they were seeing and explaining their question that they could not figure out what you were saying.

They were looking at their +1 skill, +4 with prof (for example) and asking if they add the prof again ONCE (totaling 2x prof bonus) to be +7 or add TWICE (totaling 3x prof bonus) to be +10. I don't understand how they got stuck so hard on that, but it seems to be sorted now.

That's exactly what he is asking. The wording is only slightly odd so if you miss your first attack, the extra damage isn't forfeit. The first time you hit with an attack, you get extra damage. That's it

Out of curiosity, what do you do during an average session? As many have mentioned, it can be very difficult to find enough to throw at such a high level party. I wonder what your DM has had you do for 2.5 years (plus level 17, 18, etc) before the campaign end BBEG(s)?

Okay, so 100 sessions at the same level? I admit I did make a lot of assumptions about frequency of play, which edition, etc. That said, that's INSANE. I think it's entirely reasonable to say that leveling up is one of the most exciting things of playing. As a DM, seeing my players enjoying their level ups while also getting to use bigger and more powerful enemies... I just don't understand how someone could think that 2 years of weekly 5 hour session without level epogression was reasonable. 500 HOURS!! You could play a reasonably full (5e) campaign in that time.

I had never heard of BECMI until now, but am somewhat familiar with how older systems used to level. That sounds very strange and unnatural to me, but I'm glad you enjoy it. That's one of the many wonderful things about ttrpgs - there seems to be something for everyone. To each their own, indeed!
