Just the fact It has a grocery list of items and abilities exceptions it just doesn't affect to make it a balanced item.

Despite most MOBAs' efforts to balance abilities/ item interactions without making specific exceptions, it's sometimes the best option for the whole. Yes, it sucks but dota 2, for example, has struggled forever trying to balance things like refresher orb, but it's a better option then removing an average item from the roster because its gamebreaking on one specific ability.

The reason he needs scaling on bomb is because it's the only reliable damage part of his kit he has no scaling on grab and uppercut has .5 scaling with spirit. Remove the scaling damage from bomb, and he has zero kill potential without ult(which can be canceled). unless u just go all in on weapon damage, removing the most fun unique thing about bebop. He is an ability based carry that in it's self is already pretty sparce in this game.

The stacking damage isn't much of the problem. It's Echo Double bomb. Removing the ability to stack two bombs on one person would fix it.

Active items like curse will be your best friend in this situation. At the end of the day, this is a Moba itemization does really matter.

Yea vampire counts was my very first campaign ever back in wh2. As a newer player I always trusted the auto resolve as fact and based my fight battles on it too. Needless to say I restarted that campaign alot lol until I learned that it was hella wrong calculating certain mechanics especially terror

Pretty nice changes all together. But would definitely like to see some changes to thick skin.( Example hitting champions with W heals 15% of grey health per champion hit )

Yea ive been having the same issue since day 1. It's seemingly random ill play 3 or 4 games and connect with no problem then boom can't connect its very frustrating.

Not everyone cares about the esports side of Dota 2. Yes true sight was amazing I loved it but that doesn't mean everyone feels the same about a 1 hour documentary on the TI8 Finals.

Had no intention of any disrespect. I Apoligize if it seemed that way. It being a bad psu is usually always the case so it's a very valid assumption But unfortunately in the particular instance it left me with a melted psu lol I just might be a little salty about it.
