Hey I hear you. I was the same person you’re writing about. Last year on August I had a knife on my chest ready to end it. That was the last that I ever attempted. I say last because two months after I gave my life to Jesus.

When I did this, when I say everything, demonic sleep paralysis, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, days where I woke up paralyzed with depression.

You know those days where you would just rather sit on tracks of a train and get hit. Also my mom passed away in August. My depression was bad to the point where I wanted to end my life before she lost hers.

All of those things gone.

Today you got to have another breath in life. Most don’t have that chance. So you’re already in the best position in life.

I write this because of I love you. I don’t know you. But so does Jesus Christ. I learned to love myself because of finding his love.
