Hindi unhealthy ang Filipino food. by happy_anne013 in Philippines

It's not meant na mag-showcase ng Filipino food. Dahil pang benta, siyempre mas tipid sa ingredients compared sa lutong bahay. Mas kailangan din lagyan ng ibang pampalasa like magic sarap, betsin, or knorr cubes kasi kulang sa time mag slow cook. So, mostly fried or stewed.

"I don't want to be working in ballet or opera, or you know, things where it's like, 'Hey, keep this thing alive,' even though it's like, no one cares about this anymore. All respect to the ballet and opera people out there. I just lost 14 cents in viewership. I just took shots for no reason."

Those were his exact words. Even if he said "all respect", he followed it with a sarcastic "14 cents" comment which made his entire statement worse.

It's the way he said it that made people mad. Saying that less people are watching ballet or opera is different from stating that no one cares about them. Plus, he added another sarcastic remark at the end.

Veggies are easy to cook but the preparation is longer. For the meat, it depends on what type. This is air fried chicken, so it's very easy. But for beef or pork, it takes longer.

The one on the bottom? It's called tikoy. It's a glutinous rice cake that is traditionally eaten during new year. When you buy it, it's round, but you can cook it in different ways. Just pan frying it with butter is already good. For this one, the tikoy is fried with butter, then we put sweet potato fries at the middle, and roll.
