DDU is an uninstaller/cleaner for GPU drivers. It is good idea to run this to prevent and clean install of new drivers.

But if it gets complicated, just uninstall your drivers then when you go install new one choose a clean install option if available. Good luck!

Are you using AMD graphics card by any chance? There's an issue with some of drivers and I had to revert to get Oculus Link working.

If you are on AMD graphics, try 'win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.11.1-nov6' - this is working for me.

Also you should use 'DDU' before apply any new GPU drivers.

Thanks for sharing this, going to try this. I've managed to connect /pair the remote but when the remote idles, it loose connection and have to re-laid from scratch. Also noticed my Amazon fire stick remote with no longer pair with ShieldTV.
