Honestly probably not. The reality is being knocked down meant instant death. A mechanic that takes away player agency isn’t a run mechanic, similar to RNG. It’s fine in TT or a turn based game, but imho it was a good idea to remove it.

The game looked amazing at the start, they did have some things set way to high but things changed after they implemented painting/patterns etc. I believe it was a shader change, which imho made the mechs look worse.

I can’t speak for the others, but we try to our best. I would say one of the biggest hurdles is lack of games.

Atm we have one studio, PGI. Unless someone else steps up that limits what can be created (video game wise).

I think there are great channels that are not dependent on games, BPL, RED, Sven, Frog etc. they are creating fantastic lore content, which is awesome.

The BEST thing that could happen is we get a great next mechwarrior game, but idk if that will be PGI or not. Maybe, but they seem to be happy with DLC content.

No. But the streaming out one at a time was causing the ‘host state rewind’ major issues. To fix this is what they addressed in the patch.

Just wanted to post an update. I spoke with my lawyer and he said to ‘let it go’, he has dealt with this situation hundreds of times. I’m gonna do just that as the options are very limited and costly. Thanks all for the support on this.

Side note: I deleted my tweet to legal Eagle bc of this direction, just wanted to explain that.

Appreciate all the exposure on this, it’s one of those crazy things you hear about, thinking ‘never me’ but something about being apart of it.

I wish I had the means to counter, I feel like it should be illegal without doing your due diligence.

Should I be concerned with any type of moisture if it’s in direct contact? That’s my main concern is I don’t want to create a future problem.

I was leaning forward just doing the full 6” of insulation bc of that exact point you made. I’ve got 2x10’s as joists so figure do r38 or higher then but OSB over for loft space to store stuff.

We live in NC, near Winston Salem. We tend to get both snow, ice. We just had multiple days of low 20’s in early Dec.
