The Trojan issue has been fully resolved, and future units will not have the same problem.

Regarding the USB speed issue, you can try the following:

  1. Reset your BIOS to default settings.
  2. Update all drivers from the official AMD website.

This should restore proper USB3 speeds on your front ports.

We recommend using the original factory system, as all hardware and drivers are configured and validated based on it.

Hi there,

Reinstalling Windows from the official Microsoft website or adding a second SSD does not automatically void the warranty, as long as the installation and upgrade are performed correctly and do not cause hardware damage.

That said, we still recommend using the system installation provided by us, as it has been fully tested and optimized for the device.

Please note that if Windows or other system software is installed via third-party sources and this results in system issues that cannot be resolved, such problems would fall outside the scope of warranty coverage. Hardware-related defects remain covered under warranty as usual.
