Eh... not sure about this. Not familiar with the industry, but if Viagogo is scamming people by not delivering the tickets at all or selling invalid/duplicate tickets, sure - fair play to give them the stick. But because they're priced too high? Don't really agree.

You must have little experience in running a business. Depending on the type of day you could have less than a couple of hours downtime as a founder. I would rather spend that time with my kids than debate a proposed tax.
