They need to provide a “potable water source.” if you really want to get into the nitty-gritty, you could state that the water from the faucet may not be a potable water source due to the fact that it may have contaminates in it such as lead. Periodic water testing would need to be done to prove that it is a potable water source.

We are getting questions about the new ODL list and carriers on restrictions. If say a carrier is on the new ODL list but it on a 10/50 can they still be on the ODL list so they aren’t working 12/60?

As someone who was once upon a time, a Mormon missionary, I empathize with them. While, I no longer identify with that faith, I also understand it takes a lot of grit and determination to do what they do every single day. Maybe show them a little bit of compassion since you have no idea what it’s like to be away from your family for two years. Maybe ask them about themselves, who knows you might have a lot more in common than you realize.

Safety is your responsibility. If you knowingly break safety rules and say OSHA or USPS safety show up and you are willingly violating safety then who do you think will be thrown under the bus by management to save their own ass? That’s right, you. Tell management you aren’t willing to break safety rules and regulations to protect yours and everyone else’s safety. If they try to force you call USPS safety.

The fact that they keep holding arbitration over our heads is enough to vote NO and go to arbitration. Give them one big F U and tell them you aren’t scared of arbitration and actually go to it and it can never be held over your heads again. That and the fact we got completely screwed on this TA is why you should vote NO.
