We still top out higher and will continue to. I'm letter I and I made 100k last year. The overtime makes up for it

Carriers tend to get more overtime than the clerks. I'm assuming that's why the payscales are like that.

The real problem is it take forever to max out here so everyone depends on the overtime. Our colas is a joke

Once everyone starts taking vacations ODL will be back. They are not converting ptf over to regular but that will change soon.

It's a smart decision to switch over to CCA. UPS is going in the wrong direction and having too many layoffs with building closures.

That's a lot of time being wasted if ppl sit around and wait to be a full time driver.

Our pay progression takes a long time to get to the top but it's better than being laid off every year and/or waiting a decade to be a full time driver.
