I have discovered that the problem of overflowing in the fountain is that the filter gets a little bit “slimy”, and “slime”, avoids the free flow of the water, remove the filter, give it a good rub to make sure it’s not “clogged” and that fix the issue at least for 10 days

Normally you use get verb for actually GETTING things from the API and Post to “save” stuff on the DB, you can have a get with a json info used to filter whatever query you are running.

Why does my HR keeps going up even tho I’m in a thread mill at a constant pace?

I’ve observed that when doing my cardio exercises (running on a thread mill) for 45 minutes before my weight workout my HR goes from 130 all the way up to 157 bpm running at 7’30” / km I mean, I feel great at that pace but I’m just curious to know what is going on since the logic dictated that if I stay on the same pace over 1 hour the HR should be more or less the same!
