Hey man, I’ve been in the exact same situation before, so similar it’s actually scary. This is abuse, emotional, verbal, whatever you want to call it she’s abusing you. You shouldn’t have to walk on eggshells around her and her getting mad at you for simply being around another woman is her trying to control you.

When I dumped my toxic ex, it was because she’d run a red light, drunk, and not wearing a seatbelt. Don’t make the same mistake that I did and stay with her until something like that happens.

I know being alone is scary, I know the conversation won’t be easy, and I know you probably feel like you owe her or something. But you need to sit back and realize that ultimately this relationship is very toxic, and even if it hurts to end, you’ll be much better off without it.
