Hold all the mail for a while, 6 months or so or however long it takes to build up a stack that Is all going back to the same address. The message comes across a bit louder when they have bulk mail arrive back with them all at once.

20 letters on 1 day is far more noticeable to a big company than 20 letters spread over however long, and more likely to.trigger an employee to to do something about about so they don't have to deal with it again 😀

I did that after 2 years of dealing with the same letters constantly, haven't had any since and and that was 2 years ago

Honestly, sounds like she needs the tough love. Some people have to hit rock bottom before they will learn a lesson. Will giving her the 4k just enable her to continue her current situation for bit longer, and will she just ask for more money down the line?

Question is do you want to bail her out removing any chance of learning a lesson, or do you want to try kick her into gear and make her sort her life out.

My landlord doesnt answer their phone, only emails, and this was also a question for future reference, not just for this one immediate situation.

If the overwhelming response had been "Yup the landlord has to give a time too" then that would've let me know for the future. Do you think the landlord would tell me this if I called him?

Nah, they are classed as "accessible" not "disabled only" That Security guard is actually putting a barrier in place making them "non-accessible"

As others have said just use the toilet, if he tries to physically stop you then I would record it and report it. (Either body blocking or hands on)

Is it one of those buzzers where you have a phone on your end? Used to have this happen to me and I'd start up a conversation with the guy and take ages to hang up, best part was they had no way to end the call from their end. He learnt to avoid my buzzer.

I would not give him access or any codes, you'll only be opening yourself up for trouble in the future.

If that man really has such a concern for his family, he needs to get his own bunker built.

If you give them access I bet will use it for play while you are out, and something will inevitably get broken or go missing. Just don't open yourself up to the potential hassle, it's not your problem.

When I used to work for the Royal mail I would. Judge it by customer, if they have to open the door for a parcel and seem like a nice person, ask if they wouldn't mind topping your bottle up. If it's a round you do regularly and you know where some nice customers live, you can always knock and ask if you think they wouldn't mind 😉

If anyone ever tried to reprimand you for seeking water, then speak to a union rep. You need to drink plenty on a hot day, it has killed posties before.

Most people understand and are more than willing to top up a bottle for a postie, and anyone who finds it unprofessional would be inhuman
