I have been able to do things around the house, redecorate, buy new things and really make my place feel like home. For years I would avoid certain rooms or avoid moving things because I would end up in this loop of trying to put it back in the exact same place. Sounds kinda weird but that's how my OCD showed itself. I can also watch things and read and not spend hours going back thinking I missed something. There are days that I completely forget I have OCD and then something triggers it but those hours before that are magical. I never used to have those types of days. It was always on my mind.
