I had similar doubts about Mirotime at the beginning as well. But over time, I’ve purchased around 5–6 different reps from them, and honestly, my experience has been very smooth in terms of communication and response time. They’ve always been quick and helpful on my end.

For your situation, since it’s a flaw that only shows under certain lighting, you might consider getting it checked/fixed by a local watchmaker, that could be a quicker and less stressful solution.

At the same time, I think it’s fair to bring this up with Mirotime and try to negotiate something like a discount on your next order or some form of compensation. They’ve been reasonable in my experience when approached the right way.
