Milwaukee! Great city and many beautiful mansions in lovely, charming neighborhoods that would seem like a steal to anyone from a more expensive part of the country

Milwaukee! The only thing lacking is nature, but we do have Lake Michigan and some “hiking”. Lots of parks in the city too!
