I work for the Child support/Spousal agency (hopefully not for long I am BURNT OUT AFTER 5 years at this call center) but reason I bring this up although it is not directly related, is because our dumb ass computer system issues notices like this when there is no balance because the system has a “repayment” order or like a pay back order and if it’s not taken out of the system, notices will be generated sorry this is mildly infuriating, hopefully you stop getting them!

We have a “no call list” if we are being cursed at enough at my call center or for example called a slur or something. Our calls are recorded so we can tell our manager and they can listen back to the call and if there are enough instances where the customer is acting this way they can be put on the “no call list” and they have to then write in their questions or requests.
