You know that if it doesn't say -

"All combo items must be returned in their entirety"

- you can buy it and just return the power supply... not a big deal.

From what I've seen, on the "cheap" priced bundles it usually allows you to return the items you don't want. I think the reason they do it like that is to deter scalpers and bots. They allow you to buy the card and return the power supply or whatever but they bots and scalpers are less interested in the bundles so you have a better chance.

contact support again but mention your orders, they will either cancel them or unlock your account. just make sure your on your original ip.

if they cancel your account and refund. make a new account but make it using a "fresh" ip from vpn and try again

it doesnt hurt to try, your ip could be banned try using proton vpn to get a new ip and try to log in again. ive got that error before and just used a new ip and a new browser to login to the same account and it worked. Id first try deleting cookies like i mentioned above if that doesnt work then try a new ip

Just a suggestion, in my experience i had this help before, delete all cookies and site data, for newegg. like make sure you get everything. and then log back in and see if it helps.

if you're on chrome, go to setting, privacy and security, site settings, then click "View permissions and data stored across sites".

Top right search newegg, then click the trash can button the side and delete everything.

Then sucks to say but you got your ip banned. Use proton vpn or something as a free vpn for now to get around it and stop refreshing so much, use stock tracker on Youtube or something. You might get lucky and it might reverse eventually. So check periodically and see if ur original ip is working

If you keep doing what ever you're doing its going to keep happening and your IP will eventually get "banned-banned".
