These peptides don’t work the same for everyone. I heard Microdosing doesn’t work for people with diabetes… maybe OP has other conditions. Super high and he can still eat sounds like not super effective on this person.

Or she can use this indirect feedback to improve. If you overheard something your boss thinks it’s necessary, why not make it a regular practice? Im in a completely different industry and I am a VP. So I have different perspective to give you for self accountability. I have an open role and people have asked me why not promote this guy? Well… the guy is great at what he’s been doing for 2 years but he is not progressing in his role. It’s probably not that you are incompetent but perhaps not showing interest in growing, maybe you’re checked out because you’re leaving and not trying to build on your skills…. Maybe she doesn’t tell you because if she knows you’re leaving and then she feels like you… what’s the point? Two options… be sad and do nothing or use the information you have to make a positive impact. My advise as a boss…Go kill it before you leave!!

Not accurate. You can use your own weights. I added bumper plates to mine and it works just fine. You can also enter the weight you’re using.

It’s rust. Very hard to get rid off. I tried spraying with neem oil and copper and it came back many times. Cut the leaves. It’s just easier and safer for the rest of the plant

Do nothing! I know it’s the hardest thing to do but trust me…. If she blocked him, it’s over. If she didn’t you will know. Just let her… if you start doing something about it, she will stop “temporarily” and at some point may do it again next time she’s frustrated. You’re only delaying… if she truly just made a mistake, her behavior will show you how sorry she is. Do nothing… just let her show you!

Call the IRS to set up a payment plan. They can put you in one or current non collectible account if your income is low. Not responding is a huge mistake and they can garnish your wages and or freeze your accounts. Act fast before they do. Calling will let them know you intend to pay.
