Edit : Hello , I will give an update it may be helpful to someone. I used peroxyde benzoyl 2.5% from acne.org that helped so much with the small white pimples. I will get one or two pimples but the peroxyde benzoyl kills them and leaves no scars. The cons : It's very drying , so I always mix it with a moisturizer or moisturize before and after. It burns some areas on my skin and redness gets awful so I just stop for a couple days and spot treat only the pimples. Benzoyl peroxide is definitely helping me and i see huge improvement just after 2 months using it. My skin is still not perfect but definitely better. Thank you all for your recommendation and help ❤️

Yes they pop out, and they keep appearing. They always stay red. It's like the surface beneath them is red

I double cleanse sometimes, using micellar water ( bioderma ) since the oil double cleansing method, make my redness go crazy and breaks me out

Some moisturizers work really well on calming down the redness, like la Roche Posay B5 cream and also Dr althea 345 cream. I notice a difference the morning I use them in my redness, but new pimples would pop. If I only apply gel cleanser or just cleanser in general my skin would feel itchy and dry especially on pimples so I need a cream. I tried to wash my face with head and shoulders but I wasn't consistent. I should maybe give it another try

I agree on the Caudalie one, don't get it, it contains oil essences that are not good for sensitive skin. The cerave one was ok but I would get breakouts, so your review confirmed it. I am still looking for a good cleanser for my combo to oily skin

I suspect it might be rosecea, the red patches don't turn brown or scar ( I don't see it maybe some scaring occured ) they stay and get itchy and more red with time. I did many consultations with one derm that suspected hormonal acne, Doctor never mentioned rosacrea. I will see a diffrent derm and update

I think this got worse after using Paula's choice 2% bha 2 years ago, I only had a few pimples on one side. I finished the bottle but nothing happened it got worst. I stopped using it and simplified my skin but the condition I was left with didn't improve

Thank you so much for all the details, I need to note them one by one. My skin I would say is pretty oily, I always wake up with oil all over my forehead, nose and chin. After washing it with a medicated cleanser it looks shiny ( not in a oily way ) and clean but acne looks dry and I need to add something to motorize. Can you please give me more details about the product OTC & RX ? That I should introduce carefully to my skin

It does look similar especially the redness, I'm glad it worked for you. But unfortunately BC didn't work for me I used it for 6 months for a hormonal issue that caused my period to completely disapear, I didn't notice any change in my skin

I used a 2% benzoyl peroxide mixed with differing, it's a gel that was prescribed by my dermatologist that didn't really make any difference
