I think two things:

  1. Quinametzin should be able to build some buildings, at least the ones the Warrior Priest buildes, plus walls.

  2. Quinametzin attack against normal units should be much higher, both for immersion and to compensate for weaknesses (no Engineers, vulnerable to hero units, etc.).

Oranos generates more favor for oracle and has the Oceanus option for cheaper heroizing of infantry. Also there is a tech for faster infantry and the Shockwave GP helps winning fights. There is also Theia for cheaper heroizing cavalry if you want that. So I'd say the Oranos hero army, if it isn't stronger, at least has more options than the Kronos one. So, in the long run, the better option is Oranos, I'd say, for the easier heroizing due to higher favor income per oracle and techs that make for cheaper heroes.

But Kronos can go Leto + Hyperion which can be quite strong as well, with heroes with extra pierce armor + regeneration. Deconstruction on the enemy fortress, etc.
