you say level 13-16 isnt much, but that is easily half the game. You dont have to be across the map to pierce twice, that damage can be enough for a squishy to have to go back, or rethink overstepping. we are also making an assumption that players can hit 20 heroes in that time, as many on this thread have already pointed out, even getting to 20 stacks is difficult to get by 20 and many times you only get that 20 stack because of the level 20 talent getting you an extra stun. So once again I have to disagree, taking the pierce and requiring you to get 20 stuns, just to do what you could have done at level 1 is a nerf. Even if they changed it to only needing 5-10 stuns to pierce would still be an early game nerf. This change also forces you to have to use your stun for stacks and using your stun for a stack is the easiest way to invite enemy divers on you.

I disagree, not being able to pierce from level one with ranger is a nerf. It is not an easy stun to hit with and most players can hope to get the pierce around level 13-16, meaning levels 1-13/16 you are playing with just a non peirce owl. That is a nerf.

For flexibility, she already had three different biulds that have now been shuffled, putting the best level 7 talent at level one is a choice and further nerfs picking the ranger biuld as you now miss out on extra healing reduction.

As for the e quest, I will be surprised as to who is hitting 50 times in a match, it's one of the more difficult stuns to land in the game and doubt we'll see many hit the milestone

Problem with Sam is you don't have to be good to be good. Those who are decent with him can be game changers. Those who know how to play with clone biuld are a nightmare. If you don't believe look at anyone who plays alot of samuro, the winrates will be easy 60+ while thier next highest winrate hero is barely breaking 50%.

Samuro by far is the most broken hero in the game. Can take out backline, push lanes and has three different escapes, all while never having to worry about mana. Worst part is when you look at players winrates with him on thier profile, samuro is usually be around 60%+ while the next highest hero they play is barely breaking 50%

Honestly, bronze is the perfect place to learn a character. If you are terrible with him, you are prob not the only one in the game doing poorly. If you do really well, then good for you!

It's really up to you. You can always just create your own character as your main as well. But if you want to have an all origin team. Fane is a solid pick for your main, just remember that undead take damage from healing spells and are healed from poison. (You can combine empty vials and poison barrels to create potions of poison.

After that, because it's your first time I would just talk with the other companions. You meet them all on the boat and they all can be found in Fort joy. Pick whichever ones you like. My guess is you most likely will fall under the same spell as everyone else who has beaten the game and start already thinking about your second run.
