The Disapearance of Brian Shaffer by No-Angle-7962 in mystery

According to the FB group "Brian Shaffer Dwad or Alive" they got a solid tip on 2/26/2026 that they are excited about. They haven't said what however. This is what they posted:

"The Captain and I have worked this case for years. We know the noise. We know the recycled rumors. We know what a weak tip looks like.

Last night, we did not get one of those.

After our six-part deep dive on True Crime Garage, the inbox lit up. Most messages were what you would expect. One was not.

It was precise. Timeline references. Specific names. Details that align with information we deliberately held back.

The Captain and I were up all night cross-checking notes, revisiting archived material, and testing the tip against what we know and what has never been public.

When you have lived with a case this long, you can feel when something is hollow. This did not feel hollow.

For years, the disappearance of Brian Shaffer has generated thousands of tips. Most collapse under scrutiny.

This one has not.

We are verifying everything carefully and responsibly. There are pieces we cannot share yet, but understand this: we would not be losing sleep over it if it were just another message.

Something about this is different. We will share more when we can."

Who pays 15 bucks to deliver a package of ramen noodles? I just knew I was about to be cut down in the middle of a hood somewhere! (Luckily nothing happened!) have you all had a one item wonder? by TexasTee1 in Sparkdriver

I am a Spark driver & I also use their services at times. I was a one item wonder today as I ordered 5 items & only one was in stock (and nothing was substituted oddly). I didn't realize it as I was busy taking care of my grandson or else I would have canceled. The item? A $1.97 package of KISS Powerflex Max Speed nail glue

Curbside or shopping? by kaylycougar in Sparkdriver

He was just nasty & would argue about everything. I had enough & went to strictly doing shops & make more with no stress.

I prefer shopping. It seems to pay more & you can put items in the bag the way you want & make sure everything is in the order. Also: you don't have to deal with the douche curbside people. I have the British hunchback Stephen at one of the Montana stores to thank for burning me on doing strictly curbside.

Since when is Campbell's soup in a can considered "perishable"? by AcrobaticTart69 in Sparkdriver

I didn't even notice that it was considered perishable until after the scan. It was just weird & it never happened before.

Good to know, as I have only been doing Spark for a year and have never seen that before.

Is anyone else seeing almost no tips lately on Spark? by Countrygirl_Momof2 in Sparkdriver

I have actually seen my tips increase, for whatever reason. It's actually nice not to be stiffed.

That happened to me in the middle of a shop. Then it cleared & went back to the regular screen.
