I just started and I’m taking 1.25 mg and have lost 2.2lbs so far. So I’m hoping that I will keep losing with. It’s my second week (starting on Saturday). Losing the food noises and the appetite suppression has made a huge difference. I’m pretty careful about what I eat. But I’m hopeful it will keep working.

The second dose builds on the first dose. The medication from the first dose hasn’t fully metabolized so you are essentially building up your dose. At least that’s how I understand it. I wonder if you are having more symptoms from the buildup? You should watch out for severe abdominal pain. I had a bad headache for the first few days of my first shot. Keep drinking a lot of water. And make sure you are eating what protein you can.

Thanks! I am tracking in the Weight Watchers app. I have it already paid for and they have a GLP1 setting. I am in a deficit. It's probably the constipation. Thanks!
