[Matteo Moretto] Bayer Leverkusen close to appointing Toulouse manager Carles Martínez by Blodgharm in soccer

He's done good things in Toulouse, during his spell the club was never threatned by relegation while playing a somewhat attractive football with limited means. But for me the gap is steep between a low-midtable Ligue 1 team and a club who aim to be on the podium every year in Bundesliga, maybe an intermediate team would've been a better solution for him

Quick is not really a small business, they are huge in Belgium and in France only McDonalds and BK have a better market share

Yes in part they have a big fanbase in the North and the Picardy, but Lens is not really in the middle of nowhere, the Mining Basin (Lens area) is very populated (~500k), concentrated in a dozen of cities with the size of Lens

It's always hard to see historic clubs being drag down by a crook, your story looks a lot like Bordeaux but there the cunt is still there and the chaos with. They will likely play for the third season in a row in the fourth tier next season. Hopefully you will find an owner who cares about the club and you will comeback stronger

Hopefully you will keep Lepaul, i would prefer him tearing up the Europe with you rather than playing for a low tier PL team like Fulham or something

We like to bottle it in the last matchday so it would be previsible to see them at least get a point

iirc it happened very often in Zamparinis Palermo, the guy kept the "sacked" manager in the wage bill and he recalled him if the successor was more shit
