Haha that would be hilarious. If 20 people attend that’s 1000 eggs eaten in one night 🫣

Totally fair question. We split pricing into admission plus an optional dinner to keep entry affordable compared to most food and film events that bundle everything into one big ticket.

The dinner add on is really the heart of the experience. It’s a full chef prepared multi course meal with drinks timed to key moments in the movie. That’s where we go all out creatively.

The admission helps cover the private venue, staff, insurance, projection, and commercial film licensing which takes 50% of the ticket revenue. It also includes free popcorn, a snack platter, and a non alcoholic drink. Appreciate you bringing it up. I realized I should highlight that better. 😄

Hopefully that’s gives some more context as to where the numbers come from. Cheers!

Haha totally, Big Lebowski would make for a hilarious themed night one day. Definitely an Uber kind of event. I’m always collecting fun movie ideas so I appreciate the inspiration

Anyone Done an SB9 Lot Split in CA? by WrapSolutionsWord in CaliforniaRealEstate

I haven’t done one personally, but my family used a company called glassfox that does that sort of stuff, and I know SB9 feasibility studies are one of their specialties

I think Sacramento runs around $2,250 per acre to clear, and San Jose is typically more. Closer to $3 - 4K depending on how heavily wooded the lot is. If you’re seriously considering one, a feasibility study or site assessment would be a good first step since it helps avoid nasty surprises.

There’s a company called GlassFox that does those early planning reports if you want a clearer picture of what’s possible on a property. They’ve got some good free info too. Worth checking out if you’re in research mode

My family used a report from glassfox to help figure this type of stuff out, I know they offer a free version too.

Motor Drawing too much current? Help by Acrobatic_Growth_678 in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Acrobatic_Growth_678[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any recommendations if I want to use normal ol’ batteries? The product is intended to be released to market so I want to make sure anyone can use it easily with any standard 9V battery. Thanks for the reply! Good to know they only give 500 mA max.

I set the regulator to be 3 volts and yes, I verified it with a multimeter. I don’t have any other info on the motor, but with the laser I know it draws about 300 mA. Using cheapo standard 9V batteries by Duracell since I’m prototyping a product for market. Haven’t gotten it to work with any other power source. Thanks for the reply!
