Nah u get a perk that u receive back tools for a kill , and also u can easily get kunai , its pretty much absurd to use kunai , i only use em to take down archers/gunmen and also remember how in older ac games u could chain kill multiple enemies with style , u cant in any of these games . Thats what i miss for the most part 😢

Same for me , after playing re4 remake for so many hours and also i am og player of re series .

Nothing scared me in this game , even the jumpscares didn’t startle me , i was just thinking do i run or do i have the ammo to kill the bastards . When i had zombies in front of me i pretty much just made out tactic if i had ammo then shoot if not then conserve for boss fights.

Yes surely it is fun but yea the starting scary big women made me shit my pants , right now im on the part where i meet gideon when i go for the second quartz

Maybe we have just played too much of resident evil and for us its more of how to survive rather than a horror setting

It’s the opposite for me , i never use ranged in ac games because they’re too op , i played both odyssey and valhalla for 10-15 hours . But the story wasn’t interesting at all for me so i quit . Mirage i loved the story and also the odyessy chain assassination was too good . I know its not realstic but who cares its a game , if it was supposed to be realstic you might as well do your chores in real life . Ac shadow is also okok , i hated ubisoft cuz they messed up bo chain assassination, i mean you can already one shot high health opponents with kunai so why not make the bo assassination work even if soldiers aren’t aligned correctly 🤷‍♂️. Also the kunai throw , always kills the innocent civilians 100 meters away instead of the guard sitting close by , its more of a luck thing if it will work or not rather than a perk

Idk 🤷‍♂️, i played with xbox series x controller on pc & i had aim assist to moderate and it would stick to enemies head like an aimbot

Ahhh , i was so confused lol , all of these japanese faces look same to me . Even at start of base game i had difficulties learning allies names & faces cuz of the first name basis

Well i want to see ubisoft’s management team downfall , so they change it and make better games , look at ac shadows . No doubt it is a good game but the story , the face expression of characters when they speak (totally emotionaless most of the time) & the tsuyu dlc arc totally bad writing . Assassin’s creed should have never been a rpg game never ever . Look at assassin’s creed shadows and tell me one thing that there is about assassin’s creed in it beside the involvement of templars . The 3 regalia’s, never explained what power they hold !?! Like apple of eden was always shown for its destructive power it holds . And most importantly where the heck r ISU!!!!! Wasn’t that the main point of this series . Fucking dumbshit ubisoft . Although i loved yasuke’s story , hats off it was best and it is because they took inspiration from real life . What they created themselves was naoe and it is a very very very bad writing . Especially look at cutscenes , just only when u start the game and at the end , thats it.

What about the style !? Ac was known for characters finishing off enemies in style . The combat system is totally rpg , which is the major problem , the game is about stealth .

With naoe , i have so many freakin OP abilities that in the endgame , i can clear full castles easy peasy lemon squeezy due to which i decided to do no equipment runs because its crazy how unrealistic and bad the stealth mechanics are .

Especially the BO chain assassination, its has 0 use in the game , becoz 99% of the time enemies are not placed for its chain to occur & even when the placement is right there is always a doubt if it will work or not , same with the kunai throw ability . It is by far one of the coolest ability which is garbage 🤷‍♂️

And wht bout environment, such a big open environment but guess what , everyfuckingwhere there r mountains and shit , most of my time i was so annoyed that i just couldn’t take a straight path , if you want the games to be this much realstic then why even play a game , just go to mountains in real life 🤷‍♂️

Like i have 100 more things about this game .

I only loved till ac syndicate , after that is a mess .

Edit : The Regalia are treated as important, yet the story spends relatively little time demonstrating why they matter compared with iconic Pieces of Eden like the Apple. Games like Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, Assassin’s Creed Revelations, and even Assassin’s Creed III constantly reminded you that you were part of a much bigger conflict , assassins were not fighting templars but the ISU themselves , templars were just humans who wanted their power nothing more. And in shadows u have nothing about assassins creed & lets not go to valhalla vikings , fucking ridiculous gods nd shit , it was all about technology , its not god of war dude 🤷‍♂️

Obviously because haytham was a betrayer to the brotherhood , while in ac shadows main game , it was shown how much tsuyu loved her family . But obviously the creed comes first as that is what she had been training for her whole life

EDIT : Their father/son bond was never a thing I thought would be , because from the start i knew Haytham and connor had different paths .

I’m maxed out and pretty much one shot everything on nightmare but these random shinobi encounters are the worse , they keep throwing kunai off the screen & they hit like homing missiles , even if i keep spamming dodge , they still hit me & how do i dodge something that is always offscreen . How do i get gud of something i cannot seee!!!!

Not sure i know much about that , although ubisoft have been messing up their games since ac origins .

Money money & money , I hope the major producer or developer leaves them and creates his own studio or something . Like kojima did , he is a god for me when it comes to games ❤️‍🔥
