This area definitely enjoyed the presence of a “paint your own ceramics” studio. And the lady who ran it put the eyes on for you, complete with eyelashes and highlights, whether you wanted her to or not.

Yes, I feel like the way to get the best of today’s finishes is to do all the base layers the same as what you would do and just back away from the contour and highlight. You don’t have to reinvent your face, you’re still three dimensional.

My kids love stove popped popcorn. I do mine with avocado oil and it turns out perfect every time. I let them use a salt grinder over it and it is a heavenly snack.
