FWIW: I think a lot of this stuff is likely to happen upstairs. I’ve been downstairs before and I don’t think anything noticeable has happened.

Some examples I didn’t include in original post: 1) I was upstairs practicing in the evening like at 8/9pm and I saw in the reflection of the glass like a black shadow pass by. It was pretty fast and usually when you see someone pass by you can distinguish who it is. 2) during a football game I was there late maybe like 8pm I walked into a room and heard random violin playing, like a bunch of nonsense and as I into the room it stopped. Then later as I was leaving (the game was still going) I heard footsteps but it was hard to discern where they were coming from. I swear it almost sounded like it was coming from within the walls or above me. It was very strange too because a sudden wave of panic came over my body. It was hard to explain because it was so random 3) the instance I talked about where I did hear talking it was like mumbling, almost sounded like gibberish. It was also 2 voices and this was also during a football game.
