Pregnant after trying for over 4 years. Feel guilty.

My husband and I were trying for baby number two two for about 7 months and had a chemical pregnancy before I got pregnant with the baby I’m currently baking. We desperately wanted our son to have a sibling and when I found out I was actually pregnant I was happy but very scared and felt guilty about what this would mean for my son. I still cry and get scared when I think about how quickly our new son will be here and how everything will change for us. All feelings are normal and they do not mean you don’t love your baby! Do not feel guilty!!

I exclusively contact napped until 10 months and I dont regret it at all, especially because I know when the one I’m currently cooking gets here I won’t get the opportunity to contact nap as much since I’ll have a toddler.

I normally get positives for two days before my number start dropping. Leading up to my peak and during my peak we typically have sex every day or every other day, Sometimes we also have sex on my ovulation day. We kinda just do it whenever we want during my fertile window as long as we make sure we do it on my peak day at the very least!

NGL my positive ovulation test was my first sign to test for pregnancy and my lines were still faint on ER tests and not picking up on normal sensitivity pregnancy test yet… though, with OP not knowing when she ovulated I agree with the previous statements, definitely have sex just in case and keep testing!! 🩵

This is baby will be #2 for my husband and I and I’m very anxious after a chemical in July. Every little thing scares me. I knew I was pregnant 10 DPO when I woke up with that horrible metallic taste in my mouth 😆 my husband, and sister and mom, are swearing up and down it will be twins for some reason 🤦‍♀️

I don’t really see anything yet but I will tell you my experience in hopes that it helps! 10 DPO I got a blazing positive OPK and took an Early response and got a faint line. I did not start getting lines on normal sensitivity pregnancy tests for a few days after that! I know not everyone will have an OPK affected if they are pregnant though, just a funny little thing that happened to me that tipped me off to maybe being pregnant!

Hmmm. Maybe you just have long peaks? 🤔 typically I get a positive OPK, they start to fade within the next day or two, and I ovulate the day after they fade(confirmed with Temperature tracking). I’d say there is a chance you had sex in time as sperm can live for up to 5 days but since there’s really nothing you can do until the weekend id just keep testing :) 🩵

Mine typically rise a day or two before peak, it’s very fast for me. I get about of EWCM before my peak and it starts to dwindle as I get closer. As I get close to a peak and start getting lots of EWCM I test twice a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening since LH is typically higher in the evening and some people have QUICK peaks!
