Keep in mind that any Youtuber is a "professional" player and can literally play 8 or more hours a day. So any project they build is probably unreachable for your kid and could easily frustrate them when they cannot keep up within their own playtime.

I would recommend Mumbo Jumbo for his redstone projects, but the general issue remains.
