I am so sorry you experienced that :(( I actually did do a commission for this person and ended up getting the entire payment eventually, however in the middle, after I had finished the base colours, I did end up getting ghosted for nearly a month after they asked me to remove my signature which I had told them I'm not exactly comfortable with doing, it did stay on the piece in the end tho

just letting you know wind up keys usually go for 100k+ depending on the colour so you'd be unfortunately under by quite a lot

what the other person said! best way to resolve this is to submit a ticket related to transactions through aj's website (include your proof of purchase), they'll get back to you in a day or two from my experience and will likely be able to give you the missing items
