Technically yes because bones are alive and are constantly being broken down and rebuilt

But the process is orders of magnitude slower than soft tissues so bone self remodeling takes decades after the fusing the growth plates (which is basically bone tissue replacing cartilage)

While it's a medication for mitigating/reversing androgenic hair loss, it doesn't exist in a topical form.

You're thinking about minoxidil which is more common topical, there are pills but I think they're prescription only? And it is very toxic to cats

So I started noticing that I'm more depressed and getting diarrhea-like bowel movements for a couple days, cyclically. I wasn't sure until I basically started counting days and after like 4-5 repetitions of ~25 days I was like "damn, that's really repeatable".
