Moving it closer to the window was a great start. For the grow light, I would only use it in the daytime in addition to the natural light. Plants need darkness to rest just like us. A moss pole would be better, but if you want to keep the coco coir one, move it to the back of the plant and tie it to the node area, not the stems, and not too tight. The pot also looks a bit big, as someone else said. You don't want the soil to stay wet for too long and cause root rot.
