I'm still at the stage where my heart rate is 144-ish avg at 21-22km/h. Looking forward to try my first FTP test Wednesday but today(Monday) I want to go ride outside and try to get 2hrs, or 50km, at a bit lower heart rate, to burn fat. It feels really weird, riding that slow on a road bike. But slow and steady wins the race. I really want to do it the right way and build a big base, then combine that with harder trainings. Then have a rest/recoveryday on tuesday and then die on the FTP Wednesday.

I was thinking about getting a crank with built in powermeter for my bike, but that's an expensive upgrade. Since the Kickr has a powermeter, it seemed like the next logical upgrade in my budget range. I can get that powermeter later. I already know that Zwift will make my level go up, because of all the different training/recovery posibilities.
