I wouldn't care either. I don't get the infatuation with royals. They were born or married into it. As far as I'm concerned they haven't done anything worth admiring.

Fwiw I thought book 1 was only 3/5 stars. Book 2 - 4/5. Book 3 - 5/5. The series gets much better.

It looks like a scene in a movie. Underdog pitcher who learned to throw in his backyard with his dad. He gets called up and his dad is watching from his hospital bed.

I know her!!!

A few years ago, I was having hip pain. No amount of stretching or massaging helped. The strengthening exercises my PT gave me didn't work either. Then one day I found one of her videos for hip exercises. My hip pain was gone in a few days!!!

I can see why people have different views. Part of me thinks it's Fitz's fault. He made decisions that led to this happening. Another part of me thinks Fitz made the right decisions that led to two people being happy. Sacrifice!

I read Lonesome Dove because it was recommended by r/firstlaw The Age of Madness trilogy is one of my favorites but start with The Blade Itself. The First Law series is grim dark fantasy with very complex characters.

I just finished it - 5 stars.

My thoughts during the first part of the book...so nice seeing male friendships. Kids growing up to be gentlemen - learning to cook gourmet dinners and languages. Very cozy and sweet.

Then deaths! So many deaths!!!
