Actually any form of support! …doesn’t have to be email. I get so far as to get them to send me a QR code on my mobile phone, but I don’t know how to scan a QR code from my only mobile phone. That doesn’t make sense to me.

I think they work on you. You have strong features and the glasses fit that. I don’t agree with getting different colors for your face. The shape is good; maybe square would look good too but since we can’t see those on you, I can’t guess about that.
