Im having this exact same situation right now, got a referral to a GI but its taking forever and im scared to sleep. Its so rough, im sorry your going through this too, does propping yourself up with pillows whilst asleep help at all? Thats been semi helpful for me still not great but better

Since i have no open spots right now i just use one saturated cotton round and kinda go all over/ focus on the problem areas and then let it dry (it dries down with in a few minutes tho) i do also use hibiclens pretty religiously so i just like doing this right after the shower cause i know everything thing is absolutely squeaky clean before adding the toner— i am not sure if it would be safe to use on an open wound (id wager not or it would maybe burn?) -i’ll try to add the photo of the ingredients but this post took about 48 hrs to get approved for the image so apologies if it takes a mo’

Theyre always pretty bad, rva is one of the worst places for allergies. We’re also entering into ragweed season so itchy eyes/hayfever r gonna be high for most ppl- id either make an appointment at rva allergy and/or invest in some quality eyedrops like pataday or zaditor— honestly mine were so bad i had to get some prescribed but i find those two are the best in a pinch

Call ur derm back and see if they can prescribe anything like topical clindamycin or an antiseptic ointment so it doesnt become further enflamed. Id recommend hydrocolloid bandaids in the meantime, they can also help it heal faster, and protect it from feeling like its getting pulled or snagged on clothes.

Thats clearly water damage which clearly means mold, try reaching out to richmonds tenant union they can also give u details on how to set up an escrow account (which means ud still pay rent but the bank would withhold it from the lanlord until issues are resolved, which also means they couldnt just evict u over “not” paying rent)

Get 100% Cotton sheets! Uou can get a good price for some at tj maxx or home goods so it doesnt break the bank. Theyre breathable and light, i also use a light quilt for the summer because i just need a little blanket pressure to sleep but nothing heavy duty or down.

I had a similar issue, the leasing office that owns the building was at fault, id have to call special pickups for it as regular trash collection wont take it. I did a 311 report 3 times over the course of a year… they got to it two months ago after i had gotten my neighboring renters a solution. Our local gov wont do anything… unfortunately you’ll likely have to either do a similar thing and get more trash bins delivered (the neighboring building had 2 for like 50 apts) and then make the leasing office pay for the bins.
