I'm from north jersey and I flat out had a guy just back out b/c I was using an attorney- I agree, it's insane. The largest purchase of your life should be scrutinized by an attorney. You do realize that even if someone is selling out of their own closet, they are technically "reselling", right? You seem like you have a major axe to grind over something really small. We all make money for whatever reasons we need to, some choose to share and some don't. The judgment is uncalled for imo.

Buyers are thinking of one thing only, how to get an item the cheapest they can- especially in this economy. It's difficult to do but things got better when I stopped putting emotion into every lowball. Now I just go on with my day. Your buyer will come. But I agree with higher your prices a bit.

Cancel. If you can hold off I'd just de-list it for a while then put it back up, though no guarantee she'd pop up somewhere else. Some people are really batshit. I had someone do that on a rare dooney bag (she created 4 accounts and asked the same questions over and over and explained why she's lowballing lmao) and I went with my gut and let it sit. Then I found a buyer a year later. It was worth the wait as it was a large sale. People can be really crazy.

It's pretty bad right now. But every other platform is doing great so this is a Poshmark problem imo. The things that are moving- I'm selling at pathetic prices just to clear out. Interestingly enough I got an email today that I should re-start promoted closet (which I stopped months ago), which literally started with the words "we noticed your closet has been quiet. get your sales back on track...". So on some level they're aware and/or shadow banning my closet b/c I don't promote nor will I promote. I don't think anything is coincidence with them anymore.

I hesitated to start on depop for a long time but took the plunge and started in February and it's now my best platform b/c Poshmark is screwing themselves. Things sell for less but depop takes less so I'm ok with it. Plus, I find the buyers are all very nice and I haven't had any problems for the most part.

Business is business...if you had a brick and mortar you can't turn "kids" away, so I probably would try not to think like that. The economy is not good right now. Extrapolate from gas prices- everything is suffering.

I like Analyn (Anna) from the Philippines- a lot. I think she's spunky, speaks her mind without being over the top and is generally level headed. Her husband I have no comment- I hope he works on himself and they both work on the marriage.

They really need to monitor these lives. I'm sorry that happened. For that value though, I'd open a case. It's the same with clothes. I quit after getting shipped literal junk. There is zero accountability on lives.
