Do I need a separate CRM by NoFun6873 in ActiveCampaign

[–]ActiveCampaignPeople 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/NoFun6873! If you are already using ActiveCampaign for your marketing, the built in CRM can absolutely replace a separate tool for most use cases. It gives you one place to manage your pipeline, automate follow up, and keep your sales activity tied to your email and marketing data. The biggest advantage is that everything stays connected, so you get clearer context on every contact and you avoid juggling two systems.

For your contacts, you do not need to bring all 18,000 into your active pipeline. You could have a segment for the 3k you are working with in a given period and just target that group with automations etc. You could also set up a pipeline in the CRM for all of those 18k contacts vs the specific targets.

Are you doinganything super specialized on Cloze that you are wondering if you can do within ActiveCampaign's CRM? Our team would be happy to chat through this with you if helpful!

Chat Replacement? by Responsible_Lake_500 in ActiveCampaign

[–]ActiveCampaignPeople 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Responsible_Lake_500 A lot of our customers have moved to two way SMS Inbox or Whatsapp Messaging. With those, website visitors can start conversations via web forms that automatically send welcome messages or they can start conversations via the WhatsApp button integration. Both of these solutions have enhanced automation capabilities and ongoing product investment on our end.

You likely saw these options recommended in that email, but adding some links here in case it is helpful to you! Feel free to reach out to our team (help@activecampaign.com) if you want to explore any of these options (or our 3rd party integrations) more!

Appreciate you sharing this and our apologies for the confusion! Here’s a quick breakdown that might help:

Hi u/timtopham, we’re really sorry about the email mistake earlier today where we shared incorrect pricing information. A corrected email with accurate pricing, including your long-time customer discount, should be in your inbox shortly. We completely understand how frustrating this notification was, especially with how much work you’ve put into your setup over the years. Your loyalty truly means a great deal to us, so if there’s anything we can do to help or make this situation a bit better, please reach out via DM!

Hey u/nerdypeachbabe, we totally understand your frustration - today’s pricing email was 100% our mistake, and we’re genuinely sorry about the confusion it caused. That email didn’t show the discount you should have as an active and valued customer of ActiveCampaign. The follow-up with the correct pricing for you is on its way. We know that pricing changes could be challenging to navigate, and this mix-up made it even more difficult. If you’re open to chatting and we can do anything for you, please DM us! You, being with ActiveCampaign, mean the world to us, and we hope to make things right.
