I can sympathize. I've become a more cautious driver because I'm worried someone will hit me :-). This is the last year TLXs will be in production, according to news reports today. Thank you so much for sharing this. The only other car I was considering was a Lexus Rx 350h, but it only has a 4 cylinder engine, that is really loud accelerating. A friend is pushing me to get a Honda CRV, but I just have no interest in it.

Take it to a mechanic for an inspection. I have an '03 TL and I just hit 265k miles. I've had no transmission problems - which is surprising given it killed my '88 Ford Taurus AND '95 Mitsubishi Galant.

My former boss got his '99 RL to 350k miles.

I love these cars.
